DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture exhibits a bright and colorful image that is certain to appeal to the youthful audience that is likely to be drawn to the subject matter. Fleshtones are accurate, hues are rich and vibrant, and blacks are deep and solid. The picture is sharp and often nicely detailed, with well-balanced contrast and shadow delineation. Smearing is rare and only noticed in a few scenes. A very slight halo of edge enhancement can be noticed at times, and pixelization is also generally minor. (Suzanne Hodges)
