The picture quality of this television series brought to anamorphic DVD is quite pleasing in all aspects. Sharpness and detail are satisfactory, with well balanced contrast and shadow delineation. Sometimes the picture can appear somewhat soft or slightly blurry at times. The color scheme is richly saturated with excellent balance. Fleshtones are accurately rendered and blacks are deep. While bothersome edge enhancement is not a problem with this DVD, some pixelization is noticed causing minor breakup of finer details. (Suzanne Hodges)
