There is really nothing to scream about in regard to the supplemental content on this DVD, which only includes DVD-ROM content, the theatrical trailer, and bonus trailers.
Story Synopsis:
After witnessing his wife being killed by a speeding Cadillac, Rennie (Caviezel) makes it his life-long goal to get the guy who destroyed his life. Sure that it was no accident, he pursues the maniac who kills women along stretches of freeway. And the two Highwaymen begin a game of cat and mouse, with both of the men seeking his own form of revenge. (Tricia Littrell)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture is highly stylized with varying image quality to complement the on-screen action. The picture is sharp and detailed, with well-balanced contrast. The color palette is nicely rendered, with accurate fleshtones, rich hues, and deep blacks. Some scenes are desaturated and harsh, with cold blue overtones and gritty texture. Much of the picture has a dark appearance, but with satisfying visual information in the darkness. Pixelization is occasionally noticed, as well as minor smearing or loss of finer details. There are a few instances in which edge enhancement will catch the eye of a finicky viewer, but overall the picture is devoid of the distraction. (Suzanne Hodges)
