Story Synopsis:
Studious and nerdy Matthew (Hirsch) has no idea what's in store for him when Danielle (Cuthbert), The Girl Next Door moves in. From the moment she catches him watching her undress, she knows that she's got him hooked. When Matt discovers that Danielle is in fact a porn star, he does his best to convince her that life has more to offer. But Kelly (Olyphant) and Hugo (Remar) aren't quite as pleased as Matt when Danielle decides to quit her career, and they intend to make sure that Matthew minds his own business.(Tricia Littrell)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture can have a slightly soft appearance, but otherwise, details are nicely presented. Hues can seem a bit undersaturated at times, especially noticed in the black levels. Otherwise, fleshtones are accurately balanced within the color scheme. Edge enhancement is rarely a factor with this title, but some pixelization is noticed. At times, this picture can look very natural, while other times seeming soft. (Suzanne Hodges)
