    Story Synopsis:
    Ella (Hathaway) was an Enchanted little girl, whose fairy godmother's (Fox) gift at birth made her want to hurl. The gift she gave her was to obey, and Ella went through life doing things other people's way. But she grew tired of living with the obedience curse and decided to get Lucinda to put it in reverse. So, off she went on a journey one day; you just won't believe the excitement she found along the way! Based on the book by Gail Carson Levine. (Tricia Littrell)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture exhibits a colorful picture that is certainly eye-catching for its younger audience. Unfortunately, some inconsistencies are noticed in color saturation, with some scenes appearing richly saturated, with bold hues and deep blacks, while others appear somewhat undersaturated and weak. The picture exhibits satisfying sharpness and detail, though some smearing is noticed. While edge enhancement is not an issue with this title, pixelization is often detected. (Suzanne Hodges)
