Two Canadian officers, Paquette (Martinez) and Duval (Anglade), have a lead...James Costa (Hawke) seems to have witnessed the psycho with his latest victim. It is up to Illeana to get a description of the murderer. But Costa takes helping Scott one step further, serving as a decoy for her while at the same time becoming attracted to the agent. But as Scott and Costa close in on the killer, the killer is closing in on them as well. Based on the novel by Michael Pye. (Suzanne Hodges)
