Story Synopsis:
After a stint in the service, Chris Vaughn (Rock) returns home eight years later to find that things have changed in his home town. Not at all happy with what the town has become, Chris decides to do something about it and run for sheriff. Vaughn wins the election, but soon discovers that there are those who like the town the way it is, and they have no intention of letting Sheriff Vaughn change things back to what they were.
