    Story Synopsis:
    Ever since she was four feet tall, Jackie Kallen (Ryan) was a headstrong young woman. She has a passion for boxing, but finds herself Against The Ropes when it comes to finding her way into the business. Desperate to convert

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD exhibits images that are often sharp and nicely detailed, but have a stylistically hazy appearance at times. Colors are incredibly rich and powerful, with bold reds and blues, nicely balanced fleshtones, and deep blacks. Edge enhancement is noticed at times, with white halos appearing obtrusive in the higher contrasted scenes. Pixelization, however, is not much of a problem. (Suzanne Hodges)
