Subscribe Free"21 Grams" is the story of three very different but equally troubled people whose lives unexpectedly cross paths. Paul (Penn) is a married man in desperate need of a heart transplant. Cristina (Watts) lives with her husband Michael (Huston) and their two daughters, while Jack (Del Toro) is a born-again Christian who has served time in prison. When Paul is suddenly given a new heart, he goes to great measures to find out how he acquired his second chance at life, but what he discovers is more tragic than he could ever have imagined. (Tricia Littrell)
