  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
In George Armitage

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture is bright and colorful, with richly saturated hues, accurate fleshtones, and deep blacks. The lush beach locations with red sand and tropical plants provide ample opportunity for colors to pop from the screen. Images are sharp and nicely detailed, with pleasing textures, as well as nicely balanced contrast and shadow delineation. Unfortunately, there are some instances in which edge enhancement can be a problem. However, the distraction is not always present, and pixelization is also quite minor. (Suzanne Hodges)
