Story Synopsis:
Going home after being absent for years, Harry Collings (Fonda) returns to his wife Hannah (Bloom) much to her displeasure at seeing him again. The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits a picture with dated fidelity, appearing a bit soft and lacking a clean, crisp appearance. Nonetheless, the Vilmos Zsigmond ("Close Encounters Of The Third Kind," "The Deer Hunter") cinematography is engrossing and beautiful. Colors are actually well-balanced, with pleasant blue skies contrasting the dusty roads and dry plains.
