DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD stage performance is presented in both color and black-and-white. Depending on the camera source, images can be nicely detailed or downright smeared. The stage lighting saturates the stage with greens, reds, and blues, and hues are rich and well balanced. The picture can look a bit muddy and undefined at times. There is some pixelization, but edge enhancement is not much of a problem. (Suzanne Hodges)
Soundtrack:
The 5.1 audio presentations feature quite an abundance of intensity and sonic excitement, appropriate to the nature of Coldplay's musical style and on-stage performance. This is one of the better surround sound concert mixes. The soundfield has been aggressively engaged throughout, including the surrounds, which like many concert 5.1 mixes serves to convey the ambience of the performance environment.
