    Story Synopsis:
    When a murder is committed in a small Florida town, all evidence points to respected cop Matt Whitlock (Washington). With an eye witness placing him at the scene of the crime, Matt finds that he will soon be Out Of Time if he can't prove that he is being set up for a crime he didn't commit. (Tricia Littrell)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1-framed DVD picture features richly saturated color fidelity, with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks. Images are sharp and nicely detailed, with a satisfying level of clarity and definition. Contrast and shadow delineation are well balanced. Some bothersome edge enhancement in some scenes and pixel breakup distract from a visual experience that would otherwise be outstanding. (Suzanne Hodges)

    I love to read WSR because of the straightforward, professional equipment reviews. I also LOVE the DVD reviews. As a home theatre fanatic, I want to know the technical and quality aspects of my future purchase/rental DVDs with just a brief synopsis of what the movie is about. Other home theatre publications spend way too much space reviewing the movie itself.
