DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits a picture that is slightly soft and wanting in finer details and definition. Colors are generally well balanced, with accurate fleshtones, nicely saturated hues, and deep blacks. At times, the picture can have an oversaturated appearance. Pixelization is occasionally noticed, but there is little in the way of obtrusive edge enhancement. (Suzanne Hodges)
