The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD exhibits a picture that can be nicely saturated, but with a certain dated fidelity. Other scenes can appear downright washed out, faded, or hazy. Images are generally sharp, though finer details can be limited. The source element is revealing of film grain, dirt, and scratches, though some scenes can appear quite clean.
