DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture is nothing to brag about. The picture is definitely dated, with a flat, undefined appearance. The color palette is quite dark, with brownish fleshtones, limited gradations in hue, and deep, but undefined blacks. Dirt, scratches, and film grain are inherent in the source element.
