DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture is quite pleasing, Colors are well balanced, with rich hues, natural fleshtones, and deep blacks. The picture is sharp and nicely detailed, offering nicely balanced contrast and shadow delineation. Lots of natural light floods through the windows, providing light to the interiors. Edge enhancement is often present, but its distraction is generally minor. Pixelization is only occasionally noticed. (Suzanne Hodges)
