    Story Synopsis:
    The Hunt For Red October is based on the novel by Tom Clancy about the Red October, a new technologically-superior Soviet nuclear submarine headed for the U.S. coast with unknown intentions. The American government thinks Captain Ramius (Connery) is planning an attack, but CIA analyst (Baldwin) believes he is planning to defect. With both the American and the Russian Naval and air command on the hunt, the movie is filled with high-tech excitement and intrigue.
