Story Synopsis:
Based upon the play by Tom Topor, Nuts is a melodramatic story of Claudia Draper (Streisand), a high-priced hooker arrested for the murder of a john (an almost laughable casting of comedian Leslie Nielsen). A struggling lawyer (Dreyfuss) struggles even more when she wants him to prove her point in a competency hearing so she can see her day in court. (Suzanne Hodges)
