Story Synopsis:
"The Adventures Of Pluto Nash" finds Eddie Murphy as the title character living on the moon in 2087. In fact, many people have taken up residence on the moon due to the depleted natural resources on Earth. DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a picture that is just slightly soft in appearance, though detail and definition can be nicely rendered. Colors are well balanced, with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks, though the neon lights of the clubs and streets depicted in the movie lack a vibrance that would be expected. Sometimes the picture looks almost as if a bit too much lunar dust is floating around. Pixelization is evident, but there is little edge enhancement. (Suzanne Hodges)
