Beats Electronics Are In A Lawsuit For Alleged "Fraud And Deceit"

"The suit accuses Iovine and Dr. Dre of improperly erasing Monster and Monster's founder Noel Lee from the partnership with Beats. If this is true the defendants, made millions off the work of Lee and Monster. Monster has not mentioned a compensation in damages but seeks general and special damages as well as punitive damages against Beats and HTC. Mr. Lee had a 5% share in Beats that would have been worth more than $100 million."
